The idea of the podcast was first conceived in 2018 by Dr Jake Sloane. He was frustrated with how aesthetics was explained on social media and concluded that Instagram and Tik Tok aren't the right platforms for professionals. Instead he decided to bring together global experts and injectors on a new platform where they could have long-form conversations, discuss their craft and to speak in an unbiased environment.

 

Dr Jake invited one of his best friends David Segal to be his co-host. David counterbalances the conversations with his non-medical background and lay perspective. As a serial aesthetic business entrepreneur who's been a big part of some of Australia's most successful start ups, David shares his business expertise and experience to help clinics and injectors succeed.
