The name on your ID must match the name on your registration. Your documents are only used to verify your Healthcare Professional status.

4Confirm

I confirm I am a qualified and registered Healthcare Professional in my country, and that the information and evidence I have provided is accurate. I will tell IA Community if any limitations are placed on my registration or if I lose my right to practise. I have completed my IA Community member profile, including a clear headshot photo of myself.

We verify every application within 24 hours and confirm by DM in the IA Community app.
