IA Competition rules, terms & conditions

Applications will be open from May 16th until June 6th (ending midnight Sydney time)

We will announce the main winner as well as the 10 Patreon subscription winners on June 13th via an IG Live on our Instagram profile (if you miss this we will of course still let the winners know!)

Main prize rules:

After announcing the main prize winner, we will request a copy of their professional registration certificate and license to practice. If this is not received in a timely fashion, we reserve the right to choose another winner.

CAMA will communicate with the main prize winner to organise the return flights to Toronto. The flights will be economy class from your nearest airport or the most direct route. If you want to alter the trip to extend your stay or visit other cities before or after the event, any additional flights and accomodation will be at your own expense.

The flights and accomodation booked are not exchangeable or upgradable.

In the rare event that the main prize winner cannot attend or does not respond to our communication, we will re-draw another new winner in private.

CAMA reserves the right to alter the programme, the speakers or venue of the events if necessary.

Patreon subscription prize rules:

The prize is not transferable for another gift or cash.
No refunds will be given if you are already a subscriber to our Patreon.
If you are an existing Patreon subscriber, we can gift you with new annual subscription upon your current subscription expiring. (You will however need to subscribe using a new email address that hasn't been used in Patreon before in this scenario)
